The Dart is a square whose four sides curve inward, releasing four sharp points at the corners. The result is a clean, graphic shape, very different from round stones: it catches the light along its edges rather than in diffuse sparkle.
This is the shape to suggest when your client wants to move away from the classic look without going for a complicated design. It works just as well on its own, on an incisor, as it does in a row across several teeth for a very contemporary result.
