Conditions
SHIPPING, DELIVERY, TAXES AND DUTIES
Strass Dentaire is sold online in France and Belgium. When you have placed your order and paid by PayPal or credit card, you receive an order confirmation by email. We ship your order within 24 hours of receiving payment. Delivery time varies from 24 hours to 10 business days depending on your location and carriers. The shipping service level can be chosen when placing the order. A tracking code is assigned to all international orders and you will receive this code by email when shipping takes place. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the email containing the code.
We ship FOB - Packages left without proper signature are the buyer's responsibility. First class packages that are not received within 15 days of the expected delivery date must be reported to Strass Dentaires within 60 days of purchase. If the delivery package or product is broken, it must be reported to Strass Dentaires within 30 days of receiving the package.
All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. These charges are billed by your government and are entirely separate from shipping charges. Strass Dentaires cannot control and is not responsible for duties/taxes applied to your shipment. As the importer, you will be responsible for paying all customs clearance fees. All applicable charges will be due upon delivery.
Strass Dentaires will provide all necessary documents for quick customs clearance. If your customs require additional information, please forward any requests to us.
Warranty
All Twinkles gold and white gold jewelry comes with a three-year warranty. Crystal elements are not covered by this warranty. Strass Dentaire is not responsible for injuries that may result from bonding, using or removing gems/jewelry. We do not accept a fallen Twinkles as a claim because we cannot guarantee the dentist's work. Please inquire with your dentist about the bonding warranty.
If the product is broken upon arrival, this must be reported to Strass Dentaire within 60 days of receiving the product.
Refusal
If you refuse a shipment from Strass Dentaire, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, all import fees, duties and/or taxes incurred on the package, as well as the costs of returning the package to Strass Dentaire. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the event that return charges exceed the amount of merchandise plus shipping charges, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
Returns and Replacements
We comply with European consumer goods regulations, with an extension up to 30 days. Accessories used for professional purposes are not covered by the return policy.
You have the right to return merchandise within 30 days.
- Merchandise must be returned no later than 30 days after receipt, in new condition, unused and in original packaging. The customer is required to cover shipping costs incurred for returning one or more products. Your statutory rights are not affected. To return a product, please send us an email at info@strassdentaires.com to inform us that you are returning your product, or use the link below.
RETURNING YOUR ORDER:
1 - Send us an email
2 - Repackage your products.
3 - Send the package back to us. Mark your shipment "Merchandise Return" (We recommend using a shipping method with tracking).
Payment and Pricing
We use PayPal to process your payment securely. All purchases must be prepaid upon delivery. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Order Viewing
If you have created an account, you can view your order history. We will provide you with a tracking number and our delivery partner will contact you for delivery. If your order is not received within the indicated timeframe, please contact us for tracking. If you need to modify your order, email us immediately. Shipped orders cannot be modified, but follow the return policy.
Privacy
We do not disclose any personal account information to third parties. We do not send text messages unless it is information regarding your specific order.
