Shipping Your Package

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after payment is received. They are shipped via mail without tracking number and delivered without signature.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage costs. Preparation fees are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders and shipping fees apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is given to fragile items.

Box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Returns

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

We comply with European consumer goods regulations, with an extension up to 30 days. Accessories used for professional purposes are exempt from the return policy.

You have the right to return merchandise within 30 days.

- Merchandise must be returned no later than 30 days after receipt, in new condition, unused and in original packaging. The customer is required to cover shipping costs incurred for returning one or more products. Your statutory rights are not affected. When returning merchandise, please include a copy of the order confirmation. RETURNING YOUR ORDER:

1 - Log in to your customer account

2 - Click on return manager and create your return.

3 - Send the package back to us. Mark your shipment "Merchandise Return" (We recommend using a shipping method with tracking).

4 - Contact us to activate the return procedure
