Shipping
Strass Dentaires ships from Belgium to mainland France, the French overseas departments and territories, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland and the whole European Union. Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 business hours, and every parcel has a tracking number sent to you by email.
Belgium: 2 to 3 business days. Mainland France: 3 to 5 business days, depending on La Poste. French overseas departments and territories: 10 to 15 business days. Delivery is free from 50 EUR for mainland France and Belgium. Rates and delivery times for every destination are on our delivery page.
Returns and refunds
In accordance with our terms and conditions of sale (article 9), you have 30 calendar days from receipt to return your order, whether you are a private or a professional customer. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. The refund is made within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned products.
For hygiene reasons, dental composite, etch gel and disposable applicators cannot be returned once opened or used, and a product that has been applied, tried in the mouth or in contact with the oral mucosa is neither taken back nor exchanged. Crystals, lamps and instruments can be returned in their original packaging. Digital content (video training, downloadable manual) is not refunded once access has been opened.
