Order tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you automatically receive an email with your tracking number, an SMS confirmation and notifications at each stage (preparation, shipping, delivery).
Returns and refunds
In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day period after receipt to return your order. The return is free via prepaid label sent on request. Full refund within 7 days after receipt of the return.

How long to receive my order in Martinique or Guadeloupe?
Orders to the Antilles generally arrive between 10 and 15 working days after shipping from Belgium. Preparation is within 24 working hours.
Can I pay in instalments without fees?
Yes, via PayPal which offers a 4-instalment payment without fees on orders from 30 to 2000 EUR (subject to PayPal acceptance).
Are there customs fees outside the EU?
For Switzerland, the United Kingdom or outside the EU, customs fees may apply depending on the value of the order. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and applied by local customs services. For French Overseas Territories, no customs fees are applied (overseas tax status).
What if my parcel does not arrive?
