Order tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you automatically receive an email with your tracking number, an SMS confirmation and notifications at each stage (preparation, shipping, delivery).
Returns and refunds
In accordance with our terms of sale (article 9), you have a 30-day period after receipt to return your order. Return shipping is at your expense. Refund within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the return. Digital content (video training, downloadable manual) is not refunded once access has been opened.
To activate a return: send an email to info@strassdentaires.com mentioning your order number and the reason for the return.

How long to receive my order in Martinique or Guadeloupe?
Orders to the Antilles generally arrive between 10 and 15 working days after shipping from Belgium. Preparation is within 24 working hours.
Can I pay in instalments without fees?
Yes, via PayPal which offers a 4-instalment payment without fees on orders from 30 to 2000 EUR (subject to PayPal acceptance).
Are there customs fees outside the EU?
For Switzerland, the United Kingdom or outside the EU, customs fees may apply depending on the value of the order. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and applied by local customs services. For French Overseas Territories, no customs fees are applied (overseas tax status).
What if my parcel does not arrive?
Contact us via WhatsApp at +32 475 55 85 58 (7/7 from 9 AM to midnight) or by email at info@strassdentaires.com mentioning your order number. We immediately initiate an investigation with the carrier and proceed with re-shipment or refund if necessary.
